Chateau Cardboard, the generic title given to wine in a box in Australia, seems to be making a run at popularity here in the US. "Once people taste wine out of a bag that's high quality, they're hooked. They love it," said Chris Indelicato, chief executive of Manteca-based Delicato Family Vineyards.
